Tennessee School Bus Driver Appreciation Week

The third full week of October has been declared National School Bus Safety Week. More than 450,000 yellow school buses transport 25 million students daily to and from school and school- related activities: and Tennessee schools transport approximately 700,000 students a day on approximately 8,700 bus routes in districts and charters across the diverse terrain of city, urban, and rural routes. School buses provide the safest form of transportation for our nation’s children to travel to and from school and related events and we recognize the hard work and dedication of the many Tennessee school bus drivers that ensure a safe journey each day and school bus travel has been deemed the safest way to get to and from school based largely on the dedication and experience of these special individuals.

Dr. Causey HeadshotWelcome to Robertson County Schools!

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our school system. Our mission is to ensure our students are able to succeed in life. How do we do that? With your help! We truly believe that a student’s success is caused by a partnership between the school system, parents, business partners, and other community members. An African proverb says, “It takes a village to raise a child”, and we thank you for being a part of that village. Early literacy is a focus in our schools. We would love for you to contact us and ask how you can be a part of that focus. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist you or your family in anyway.

#WeAreRCSTN

Sincerely,
Dr. Causey
